Job Summary

Own data-driven marketing analysis and reporting pipeline; translate insights into actionable growth and program decisions for clients, using dashboards, AI/machine learning, and audience research to inform strategy.

  • Own measurement and dashboards across campaigns, websites, and social channels to drive client outcomes.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for strategy, targeting, and program optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and automate recurring reporting.

Job Description

  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure marketing and communications effectiveness.
  • Conduct audience, customer, stakeholder, and campaign analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and research to answer client and internal business questions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that improve outcomes and overall organization performance.
  • Apply data analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques, to inform client program strategy and approach.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using a variety of platforms.
  • Create compelling data visualizations that communicate insights to executive, client, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign, website, social media, digital advertising, public engagement, and program performance metrics.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements.
