Job Summary

Drive hands-on CX insights work for Mutual of America as a NYC-based internship, with end-to-end project ownership.

Complete at least one CX Insights project from end to end with a results presentation.
Must-have: Rising Sophomore or Junior, 3.4+ GPA, and NYC commute four days/week.
Standout: Cross-team exposure to CX, Marketing, and business units.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Broad exposure to the Customer Experience team as well as Marketing and the overall Mutual of America business.
Assist with surveys, usability and secondary (online) research.
Data analysis (surveys, interviews, website tracking, market and business data).
The intern will complete at least one CX Insights project from end to end including a results presentation.

Requirements

Only accepting rising Sophomores (grad year May 2029) and rising Juniors (grad year May 2028).
Must have a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
Must be able to commute to NYC 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
