Job Summary
Drive hands-on field ambassador work for Cultured Heat, owning in-person brand storytelling, sampling, and sales at events across Lancaster County and Central PA.
- Own on-site presence: engage attendees, share the brand story, and explain fermentation methods to drive sample-to-sale conversions.
- Operate simple POS and process transactions, while setting up/tearing down booths and maintaining a welcoming experience.
- Support brand awareness growth by representing the local PA food brand at multiple events and festivals.

Responsibilities
- Represent Cultured Heat at events throughout Lancaster County and Central PA
- Engage customers and share our brand story
- Offer samples and explain our fermentation process and products
- Process sales using a simple point-of-sale system
- Set up and tear down event displays
- Maintain a professional, welcoming booth experience
- Help grow awareness of a local Pennsylvania food brand
