Job Summary

Own the data migration and CRM implementation trajectory from validation through go-live, with a heavy emphasis on governance, privacy, and long-term adoption.

Responsibilities: data architecture and preparation, vendor vetting, and the migration blueprint across 2026 into go-live.
Responsibilities: test, validate, and onboard for sustained use, refining SOPs and workflows through 2027.
Responsibilities: manage sub-contractors and cross-functional partners to deliver a cohesive, privacy-first CRM rollout.

Job Description

Through December 2026 – Consultant leads requirements validation, data audit and inventory, software vetting and selection, data architecture & preparation, and initiating data migration.
In 2027 – Consultant continues and completes data migration, conducts testing and validation, launches system to go-live, in addition to leading post-launch onboarding, standard operating procedure refinement, and workflow maturation into 2027.
Lead sub-contractors/vendors to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
