Job Summary

Own Zoho automation and CRM lifecycle across data import, lead nurturing, onboarding, and cross‑app campaign orchestration.

  • CRM and automation ownership: Configure Zoho CRM, custom modules, layouts, and pipelines to support lead capture and onboarding.
  • Workflows and campaigns: Build lead nurturing, onboarding automations, and referral/re-engagement campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, and Forms.
  • Operations and docs: Test automations, create executive dashboards, and document every workflow for the operations manual.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Configure Zoho CRM
  • Build custom modules, fields, layouts, and pipelines
  • Configure Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation
  • Import and organize contact lists
  • Build automated email campaigns using our existing content
  • Create lead nurturing workflows
  • Configure client onboarding automations
  • Build referral and re-engagement campaigns
  • Configure Zoho Forms and lead capture
  • Configure Zoho Bookings (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years implementing Zoho One or Salesforce
  • Extensive experience with:
    • Zoho CRM
    • Zoho Campaigns
    • Zoho Marketing Automation
    • Zoho Flow
    • Zoho Forms
    • CRM workflow automation
    • Email marketing automation
  • Experience implementing CRM systems from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and lead nurturing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent documentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience implementing CRM systems for accounting firms, CPA firms, law firms, financial advisors, or other professional service organizations
  • Experience with Zoho Analytics
  • Experience integrating third-party business applications
