Job Summary
Own CRM data management and pipeline tracking to turn data into opportunities and enable cross-functional growth.
- Own CRM data integrity and governance across offices
- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, RFQs/RFPs, and win-rate analysis
- Leverage dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, contact, and project records
- Clean and standardize data across offices and teams
- Develop and enforce CRM standards, workflows, and governance
- Support CRM system integrations (including Procore) and drive user adoption
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices
- Track and manage opportunities including RFQs, RFPs, and bids
- Monitor procurement platforms and opportunity sources
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and backlog projections
- Track and analyze win rates, hit rates, and overall performance metrics
- Prepare and distribute weekly business development reports (pipeline, wins/losses)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or business development support
- Experience in the construction, AEC, or related industry preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (ProjectMark or similar systems preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
- Experience with Procore integrations
- Experience with BI tools beyond Excel
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
