  • Build and maintain a pattern library of winning ad structures the team executes against
  • Work directly with our analyst to read performance data and iterate the brief based on what’s moving CPA and ROAS

Requirements

  • 8+ years in DTC paid creative, with demonstrated experience at brands doing $10M+ or at performance-focused agencies
  • Deep, current expertise in Meta creative specifically, hooks, thumbstop, 3-second rule, what works on feed vs. reels vs. stories in 2026
  • Strong direct-response instincts: you can watch a 20-second ad and tell us in 30 seconds why it will or won’t perform, and what to change
  • Comfortable giving direct, specific feedback to junior editors, "move the hook to second 2," "cut the B-roll," "lead with the problem, not the product"
  • Track record of creative that moved CPA and ROAS against real paid spend, with named brands and approximate results you can speak to
