Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Gospel Rescue Mission with professionalism, warmth, and integrity when engaging guests, donors, volunteers, staff, partners, and public officials
  • Uphold and advance GRM’s mission, values, culture, and Standards of Excellence under the leadership of the Chief Development Officer (CDO)
  • Provide strategic creative leadership and direction across all branding, marketing, communications, and multimedia initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated creative strategies and campaigns across digital, social, print, web, and multimedia platforms
  • Translate complex organizational objectives into clear, compelling creative concepts and messaging for diverse audiences
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines and maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Review, approve, and ensure consistency and accuracy of all creative output, including art, copy, video, and digital content, in collaboration with the CDO
  • Oversee content strategy and creative execution for both small- and large-scale projects, aligning design, copy, and technology
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, video, lighting, projection, and live-streaming systems for events, meetings, trainings, and hybrid productions
  • Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video and audio content for promotions, events, training, and internal communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of progressive operational experience in creative roles such as copywriting, graphic design, audio/video production, social media, and project management, with demonstrated responsibility for creative direction
  • Strong creative vision balanced with a clear understanding of business objectives and performance outcomes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Experience with budget development, administration, and staff management
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a plus
  • Personal integrity, truthfulness and accountability are critical, invaluable and essential characteristics
  • Maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and must have a clean driving record
  • Must be Christian, living a life dedicated to Christ, and be an instrument of God’s love, grace, hope, and forgiveness to all

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
