Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce and edit high-quality, platform-native video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
Support the development of integrated social campaigns with a strong emphasis on video
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and global positioning
Monitor and benchmark industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Translate insights into scalable creative concepts and repeatable content formats
Recommend innovative approaches to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth
Analyze social and video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Apply insights to continuously optimize creative, messaging, and distribution strategies
Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign and pipeline objectives
Develop compelling, platform-specific social copy and messaging

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or video production, ideally within a B2B or enterprise environment
Deep understanding of social platform dynamics, audience behavior, and content performance drivers
Proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
Experience with Sprout Social or enterprise social media management platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging social copy
