Job Summary

Own the creator-to-distribution loop for a founder-led advisory brand, turning briefs, founder voice, and client language into platform-ready content and repurposed assets that align with sales goals and brand strategy.

Platform ownership: produce reels, short videos, captions, carousels, story assets, blog repurposing, and launch assets across social and Wix pages.
Voice alignment: write in Kelsea's voice, with clear hooks and CTAs that drive engagement and conversion.
Content operations: coordinate editing with outsourced partners, Canva templates, b-roll, and launch content while scheduling via Metricool or native platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce written, visual, and video content assets for Koenreich Enterprises
Create content from campaign briefs, podcast episodes, voice notes, long-form content, founder ideas, client language, offer messaging, launch priorities, existing brand assets
Create platform-ready content assets: reels, short-form videos, captions, carousel posts, quote graphics, story assets, podcast clips, launch assets, event promo assets, blog or long-form content repurposing, social content, Wix website/landing page updates
Write captions, hooks, CTAs, carousel copy, reel overlays, story copy, and content drafts in Kelsea's voice
Edit short-form video, repurpose podcast content, and coordinate with outsourced podcast editor when needed
Create Canva templates, video files, b-roll, brand graphics, and launch assets
Schedule and publish content using appropriate platform workflow (Metricool or native posting)
Support in-person content capture in Dallas-Fort Worth (quarterly filming days, launch filming days, event content)
Ensure content is clear, warm, direct, and tied to business goals, sounding like Kelsea
Help content align with sales goals and brand strategy

Requirements

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth area (in-person content capture may be required)
Strong content copywriter
Experience with content creation, copywriting, social media content production
Short-form video editing experience
Reels creation
Canva proficiency
CapCut or similar editing tools
Podcast repurposing experience
Launch content creation experience
Email/social content experience
