Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategy (outbound and inbound) to move prospects and gallery partners from awareness to close to ongoing success.
  • Manage content projects end-to-end, including webinars, case studies, and sales enablement materials, from planning through distribution.
  • Maintain content hubs and calendars, and socialize the right assets to the right teams so cross-functional stakeholders stay current on top performers, upcoming releases, and engagement insights.
  • Track content performance and turn the data into concrete improvements.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities and addresses real customer needs and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bring 1-3 years of experience in marketing or editorial roles, with a strong emphasis on content creation and storytelling. Backgrounds may include content marketing, product marketing, lifecycle/customer marketing, growth marketing, or editorial/media, ideally within B2B, SaaS, and/or the art world.
  • Curious about what motivates galleries and driven to create content that educates, inspires, and drives action.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives across different formats.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable both developing content strategies and creating the content yourself.
  • Data-driven and use metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve content performance.
  • Experience with marketing operations platforms like Marketo, web platforms like Framer, and CRM systems like Salesforce (or eager to learn them).
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to build alignment and bring stakeholders along on content priorities.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to streamline your workflow while maintaining quality, authenticity, and strong editorial judgment.
