Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Solution Content Development – Create clear, persuasive written materials that articulate features, functions, and business benefits.
  • Demo & Presentation Narratives – Develop structured demo scripts and deck copy that align to buyer pain points and use cases.
  • Proof Storytelling – Translate outcomes, data, and client results into compelling case studies and validation assets.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders to gather solution insights, technical inputs, and client impact stories.
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and campaign teams to tailor content to specific buyer personas and segments.
  • Work closely with design to ensure messaging and visuals align for maximum clarity and impact.
  • Demo Script Writing
  • Develop buyer-centric demo scripts that clearly articulate workflow, value realization, and differentiators.
  • Deck Copy Development
  • Write persuasive, concise presentation copy for solution overviews, executive briefings, and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, or technical writing.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience writing demo scripts, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into buyer-relevant business benefits.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with subject matter experts.
  • Healthcare services, payer/provider, or healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
