Responsibilities - Content Creation & Community Engagement: Visit beaches, gyms, universities, events, festivals, and public spaces to create content. Approach and interact with consumers to offer product tastings and record their live reactions. Capture authentic user-generated content (UGC) and customer testimonials. Conduct street interviews, challenges, and community-focused content. Build relationships with local fitness enthusiasts, athletes, creators, and communities. - Video Production: Film content using smartphones and cameras. Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Create engaging content that drives views, engagement, and brand awareness. Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule. - Brand Representation: Attend events and represent Astral Energy Drink professionally. Coordinate product sampling activities. Set up and manage brand activations and community events. Collect consumer feedback and insights from the field. - Podcasts & Interviews: Participate in and help organize podcast appearances. Conduct interviews with athletes, gym owners, influencers, entrepreneurs, and community members. Develop content ideas and conversation topics that align with the brand. - Community Growth: Respond to comments and engage with followers when needed. Help grow Astral's online and offline community. Identify local trends, content opportunities, and potential collaborations. Requirements - Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident on camera. - Experience creating content for social media platforms. - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar). - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico. - Available to work weekends and attend events when needed. - Energetic, outgoing personality. Nice_to_have - Experience as a content creator, influencer, brand ambassador, or community manager. - Experience growing social media accounts. - Photography and videography experience. - Podcast or interview experience. - Fitness, sports, lifestyle, or energy drink industry interest.
