Job Description
- Storyboarding, shooting, editing, and owning the end-to-end video production process to support marketing goals.
- Produce video across formats that drive booked inspections and qualified leads, with a focus on vertical/mobile-ready content.
- Collaborate across teams to align video work with campaigns, brand voice, and performance metrics.
- Film on-site in crawl spaces, basements, and active construction environments while ensuring safety and quality.
- Capture b‑roll and conduct interviews to build consistent, high‑impact storytelling assets.
- Maintain camera, lighting, audio, and drone equipment and manage publishing support for video content.
- Develop strong hooks and retention strategies to maximize audience engagement across platforms.
- Research industry trends and evolving platform standards to improve efficiency and performance.
- Help refine video processes for greater efficiency and measurable impact.
- Present final edits to management and incorporate feedback to meet brand objectives.
