Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Innovation
Develop and evolve a multi-platform content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Generate fresh, data-informed content concepts that balance trends with evergreen storytelling
Identify opportunities to expand our content mix, including educational series, personality-driven content, behind-the-scenes features, and creator collaborations
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
Creative Leadership
Lead creative ideation sessions and maintain an active content pipeline
Produce high-quality, platform-native video content from concept through final edit
Raise the creative standard across all published content through strong storytelling, pacing, editing, and production techniques
Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to continuously improve performance

Requirements

5+ years creating high-performing social-first content for consumer brands or digital media
Demonstrated success growing audiences across multiple social platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing compelling short-form and long-form video content
Advanced video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends
Experience interpreting analytics and using performance data to guide creative decisions
Exceptional storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring or developing creative talent
Passion for food, beverage and lifestyle content
