Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms
- Create and manage content (graphics, copy, video, campaigns)
- Draft and distribute press releases and media communications
- Build and execute email campaigns, including email blasts and segmented email merges
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Tell the story of our company, clients, and partners in a compelling way
- Track performance metrics and optimize engagement
- Support broader marketing, branding, and communications initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or communications
- Strong writing skills, including experience with press releases and professional email communications
- Experience with email marketing platforms and list management (email merges, segmentation, etc.)
- Ability to manage ongoing communication across multiple audiences
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
