Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in developing media lists and identifying new reporters from traditional and non-traditional media
  • Track incoming press requests and send daily clips
  • Support the team with drafting content and identifying new and emerging trends
  • Assist the team in its day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college students are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in the field is also welcome
  • Willingness to work with a growing team in a fast-paced, campaign-like environment
  • An interest in project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent writing abilities
  • An interest in gun violence prevention
  • Bilingual candidates, especially candidates with both verbal and written fluency in Spanish, will be strongly considered
