Job Summary

Own the creation and optimization of digital content and social channels to showcase ministries, programs, and community impact, while ensuring consistent voice and visual identity through close collaboration with ministry leaders and the marketing team.

  • Content & Channel: Develop and optimize digital content across websites, social media, and campaigns to engage supporters and volunteers.
  • Social Strategy: Design and execute social media programs and campaigns that promote events and drive community connection.
  • Brand & Collaboration: Align messaging with the organization’s mission and visuals through partnership with ministry leads and the Integrated Marketing & Communications team.

  • Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Communications & Digital Content Specialist to advance its mission by creating, managing, and optimizing digital content that highlights ministries, programs, and community impact.
  • This role develops engaging social media content, supports digital communication strategies, and promotes events and campaigns to strengthen connections with supporters, volunteers, donors, and the broader community.
  • The specialist collaborates closely with ministry leaders and the Integrated Marketing & Communications team to ensure all messaging reflects the organization's compassionate, mission-driven voice and consistent visual identity.
