Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of blended portfolio strategic roadmap - marketing projects, partnerships, campaigns, and communications—bringing the blended portfolio story to life in consistent, compelling ways.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external agencies or vendors to keep projects on track and align with blended portfolio standards.
  • Develop, create, and/or support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (print, digital, social, presentations, sales materials, etc.), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the digital team on email, web, and social initiatives, including content scheduling and performance monitoring—ensuring the blended portfolio shows up on-brand and culturally relevant.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of partnerships, sponsorships, research, and activations, virtual and in person, to create memorable, mission-aligned experiences.
  • Conduct or support market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to differentiate the blended portfolio.
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial marketing team, including budget tracking, vendor payments, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and project management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial marketing, brand management, or a related field (internship experience included).
  • A passion for brand marketing and an interest in healthcare, wellness, and/or mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical curiosity and comfort with tracking metrics and reporting results.
  • A strong commitment to company mission and values.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com).
