Job Summary

Own the analytics backbone for video/entertainment data, turning insights into strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes; translate complex metrics into clear recommendations for product and cross-functional teams; partner across product, technology, and operations to support data needs and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs, research, and analytics initiatives across Xfinity Communities, including non-video projects when needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze video and entertainment product data to generate insights that inform strategy, roadmap priorities, and performance outcomes
  • Support product managers with analysis related to video features, content performance, customer behavior, and platform adoption
  • Develop clear summaries, visuals, and presentations that translate video and entertainment data into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and operations to support data needs tied to video and connected living experiences
  • Contribute to broader product and analytics initiatives across Xfinity Communities, supporting non-video projects as needed
  • Assist with competitive and industry research related to video, entertainment, and connected technology trends
  • Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects that help advance overall product decision making and business goals
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar to evaluate performance and inform recommendations through coursework or projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and connect insights to product and market decisions
  • Intellectual curiosity about connectivity, entertainment, technology services, multifamily and real estate environments, and consumer-facing experiences
  • Familiarity with core PM and PMM concepts such as market research, segmentation, feature prioritization, launch planning, and success metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and summaries for varied audiences
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining analytical rigor
  • Collaborative approach and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across product, analytics, technology, and operations
  • Preferred Majors: Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Technology, Digital Media & Virtual Production, Entertainment & Arts Management, Product Design, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or other related business, analytics, or technology majors

  • Familiarity with core PM and PMM concepts such as market research, segmentation, feature prioritization, launch planning, and success metrics
