Job Summary
Own the end-to-end cold outreach flow for a web marketing agency, from targeted prospect sourcing to delivering only warm, sales-ready leads.
- Sourcing and list hygiene: build targeted US-based business email lists and maintain deliverability health.
- Campaign operations: set up and manage cold email infrastructure and run outreach to elicit qualified replies.
- Lead routing: filter and hand off only warm, interested leads for follow-up.

Requirements
- Proven experience with cold email outreach
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement
- Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, etc.
- Ability to generate consistent, high-quality leads
- Familiar with agency/client service industries
Preferred
- Experience generating quality agency leads through cold email and can show examples/results
