Develop and execute a UGC + influencer marketing + SMM strategy to drive user acquisition in the US, Europe, and UK markets
Source, outreach to, and negotiate with creators, influencers, and experts in the mental health & wellness space
Manage the full collaboration cycle: brief → content creation → moderation → analytics
Launch and optimize UGC and user-sharing initiatives to encourage organic growth
Manage the app’s TikTok and Instagram presence
Support ASO (App Store Optimization): keywords, app descriptions, screenshots, and review strategy
Track and analyze performance metrics (installs, CPI, retention, engagement, reach) and continuously optimize growth efforts
