Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person voter outreach through door-to-door canvassing.
• Deliver persuasive and accurate messaging about candidates and ballot initiatives to educate and motivate voters.
• Record daily data and submit detailed reports to the Organizing Director.
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and engagement goals.
• Represent North Shore Strategies with professionalism and integrity in all public interactions.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings to stay aligned with campaign strategy and talking points.
• Foster positive connections with voters to promote long-term community trust and campaign visibility.
• Delivering key campaign messages, collecting petition signatures when needed, and helping to build lasting support for Democratic candidates and progressive issues.

Requirements

• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a comfort level with engaging strangers.
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in team settings.
• Willing and able to canvass outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.

Preferred

• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or community organizing.
