Job Summary
Own end-to-end programmatic buying with a direct-response focus, owning DSP campaigns, audience tracking, and ROI reporting, while collaborating with seasoned buyers and prioritizing independent work in a fast moving startup environment.
- Campaign execution and optimization in DSPs with direct-response ROI emphasis.
- Build and maintain audience tracking infrastructure using tag management, website data, and event signals.
- Coordinate with a senior programmatic team to share insights, set pacing, and ensure campaigns beat benchmarks month over month.
Job Description
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms
- Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget
- Perform account maintenance responsibilities and escalate campaign issues to team members and clients
- Build campaign infrastructure to track and report on an audience’s response to marketing, employing an understanding of tag management solutions, website data, and events
- Focus campaign optimization efforts on direct response, utilizing our suite of customized conversion tracking and analytics tools to increase advertiser ROI, setting and beating benchmark returns month over month
- Work within a collaborative team of highly experienced programmatic media buyers, sharing ideas and best practices
- Be a proactive self-starter who can prioritize efficiently and work independently
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience trafficking and managing campaigns through one or more demand-side platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and Google Ads
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills while working with large data sets
- Capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and start-up atmosp here
- Experience with The Trade Desk or comparable DSPs
- Agency experience
- The salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 + quarterly bonus potential . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
