Job Description

Responsibilities

↳ Assisting in the coordination and execution of client campaigns
↳ Getting involved in the field — engaging with consumers and representing brands with confidence
↳ Supporting day-to-day campaign logistics and team operations
↳ Tracking campaign activity and feeding results back to the team
↳ Learning the full scope of how a marketing campaign comes together
↳ Growing into the role and taking on more as your confidence builds

Requirements

Full training is provided. No prior experience needed.
What we need from you is the work ethic and the willingness to learn fast.
Personable, confident, and genuinely good with people
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Cleveland, OH.
Structured training starts from day one and there’s a clear path forward for people who want to progress.

Background in retail, hospitality, sport, or customer service is a bonus — but not a requirement
