Responsibilities
- ↳ Assisting in the coordination and execution of client campaigns
- ↳ Getting involved in the field — engaging with consumers and representing brands with confidence
- ↳ Supporting day-to-day campaign logistics and team operations
- ↳ Tracking campaign activity and feeding results back to the team
- ↳ Learning the full scope of how a marketing campaign comes together
- ↳ Growing into the role and taking on more as your confidence builds
Requirements
- Full training is provided. No prior experience needed.
- What we need from you is the work ethic and the willingness to learn fast.
- Personable, confident, and genuinely good with people
- This is a full-time, in-person role based in Cleveland, OH.
- Structured training starts from day one and there’s a clear path forward for people who want to progress.
Preferred
- Background in retail, hospitality, sport, or customer service is a bonus — but not a requirement
