Job Description

Own the pre-sale and early pipeline for a new training offering with direct revenue impact and ownership of the 60-day launch, lead-gen, and conversion motions.

Responsibilities: Lead a 60-day pre-sale campaign targeting 100+ new members, manage daily lead generation including outreach, partnerships, and community engagement, convert prospects into paid assessments and memberships, execute structured follow-ups to maximize show rates and conversions, and track pipeline activity and performance metrics.
