Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with clients for marketing. This role will be aligned with our Marketing line of business and background in Marketing is preferred.
- Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.
- Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting.
- Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives to better position RRD services.
- Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects
- Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience
- Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting
- Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation
- Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling.
- Ideal candidate would have Business Development experience in Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and an independent worker
- Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology to organize, track, and document activity.
- Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email, phone, social media, mail, etc.
- Ability to position different RRDs services to the different contact points within the same prospect account
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
Preferred
- Ideal candidate would have Business Development experience in Digital Marketing.
