Responsibilities

• Represent Volo and our partners at leagues, events, and sponsor activations
• Set up, manage, and break down tabling events and promotional activations
• Distribute sponsor products, samples, and marketing materials to players
• Engage with players to create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment
• Build relationships with players, staff, and local partners
• Assist with transporting event materials, signage, and supplies
• Capture event content (photos/videos) and share feedback with the marketing team
• Ensure all activations are clean, organized, and executed to Volo standards
• A particular focus over the summer will be World Cup related activities

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old (some activities are inside bars)
• Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends throughout the summer, predominantly on the west side of Los Angeles
• Comfortable working in social, fast-paced environments
• Able to lift and transport event materials as needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude

Preferred

• Passion for sports, community, and experiential marketing a plus
• Prior event, marketing, or brand ambassador experience a plus, but not required
• Self-starters who can take initiative and problem-solve on the fly
• People who thrive in social settings and love connecting with others
• Energetic, reliable individuals who bring great vibes to every event
