Job Summary
Own the in-store ambassador role by running tastings, teaching product details, and nudging trial and sales while upholding a polished brand presence in a Michigan retail setting.
- In-store Tastings & Brand Experience: Plan and execute Friday/Saturday tastings to drive trial in-store.
- Customer Education: Translate product knowledge into compelling demos that move customers toward purchase.
- Sales & Brand Integrity: Support sales with engaging service while maintaining a professional, consistent brand presence.

- Conduct in-store tastings (primarily Fridays and Saturdays)
- Educate customers about products
- Promote product trial and assist with sales
- Maintain a professional brand presence
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador roles preferred
- Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment
- Presentable, reliable, and professional
- Follow Michigan liquor licensing requirements
- University students are welcome if you are above the legal drinking age
