Job Description

Responsibilities

Local market activation & community presence
* Develop and execute local activation plans for each assigned market to increase brand awareness and engagement
* Identify high-impact sponsorship, event, and community partnership opportunities
* Coordinate presence at trade shows, home shows, neighborhood events, and community gatherings
* Ensure the Mario’s brand maintains visible and relevant community presence year-round
* Evaluate activation opportunities based on expected reach, lead generation, and brand impact (ROI expectations)

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in field marketing, community engagement, business development, partnership management, or related “customer engagement focused” experience
Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Highly organized and self-directed
Comfortable working independently in market
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel locally and attend events outside traditional business hours
Experience capturing basic photo/video content for social media
