Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing teams to set athlete goals, recruit talent, create personalized branding and communication plans, negotiate contracts, and execute innovative athlete projects. Facilitate athlete performance management, monitor progress, and assess career development, incorporating performance solutions. Support day-to-day administration by managing projects, budgets, and contributing to business plans. Leverage international athletes and local partnerships to enhance brand impact.

Requirements

3-5 years in sports marketing, strong knowledge of sports industry, excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Must be proactive, creative, strategic, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
