Job Summary

Own end-to-end media planning and post campaign analysis across TV to OTT, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relations to drive data-backed insights.

  • Own end-to-end media planning and negotiation across TV to OTT, including schedule changes and post-buy analyses.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration with Traffic, Creative, Ad Ops, and Analytics to deliver on deliverables and post-campaign insights.
  • Develop and present performance insights, stay ahead on trends, and maintain vendor/client relationships to inform future spends.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Daily maintenance of account including, but not limited to: schedule changes, ADU requests, deal delivery, billing, budget revisions, post buy analyses, etc. - Research, strategy, planning, and presentation of plans (full execution) - Planning, buying, and negotiation of media (inclusive of TV, desktop, mobile, OTT, FEP, Connected TV, Addressable TV) - Manage media authorizations and reconciliation reviews - Liaise with Traffic, Creative, Ad Ops (TAAG), and Analytics teams to manage deliverables - Develop thoughtful insights for post-campaign reports across all video channels - Develop and foster strong relationships with vendors and clients - Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape - Effectively answer posts looking beyond a simple PUT/SHARE increase or decrease, carefully analyze schedule to determine true cause of poor performance (i.e. poor rotations, missed spots, outside viewership, station contests etc.), being as specific as possible when answering a post - Accurately prepare necessary paperwork and meet due dates pertaining to: cost requests, competitive reports, merchandising, and posts Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience - Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills Benefits - medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, as well as parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off. - Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive. - For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
