Job Summary

Own the Ads & Promotions data and planning stack to fuel planning, forecasting and leadership reviews, while driving cross-functional initiatives and AI based automation.

  • Ads & Promotions data ownership: budgeting accuracy, reconciliations, and leadership-ready reporting.
  • Planning and cross-functional alignment: quarterly/annual models with Finance and Sales inputs.
  • Automation and AI tooling: streamline analytics and reporting processes for faster decision making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage key financial and operational data. Ensure accuracy in budget tracking, reconcile actuals with Finance and Marketing, and maintain key reporting processes to support business planning.
  • Own business performance reporting. Pull and analyze data for recurring business reviews with senior leadership, create and maintain dashboards, and automate and improve data processes to enhance visibility into key metrics.
  • Support planning and forecasting. Support quarterly and annual planning by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams, building models, and aligning on goals with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Drive ad hoc cross-functional workstreams for the Ads & Promotions business, serving as the Ads & Promotions representative in broader initiatives while leading and executing your own projects.
  • Use AI Tools to automate, streamline, and dramatically improve the efficiency of the Ads & Promotions Business at DoorDash.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a role in revenue operations, strategic finance, business planning, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • You’re a data-driven problem solver who is fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; you’re eager to dive into difficult problems without a playbook, analyze data, and devise an action plan.
  • You are detail oriented – you don’t shy away from getting into the lowest level of detail, implementing processes, and driving towards a desired solution.
  • You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment.
  • You’re confident and have experience presenting to senior cross-functional leadership.
  • You thrive while wearing multiple hats and working across a variety of projects and workstreams.
  • You have a BA/BS degree
