Own and optimize post-sale lifecycle data hygiene and hoteliers onboarding for BWH Hotels, guiding data-driven decisions through AI-enabled analytics, while shaping scalable processes and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Onboarding, Analytics, and Brand teams.

Onboarding/Offboarding Execution: Manage smooth transitions and accurate marketing data setup across the portfolio.
Data & AI-Driven Insights: Maintain dashboards and deliver actionable leadership-scale insights using advanced analytics and AI tools.
Workflow & Collaboration: Create scalable processes and partner with Salesforce, Analytics, Onboarding, and Brand managers to ensure alignment and data integrity.
