Job Summary

NA channel product marketing ownership that ties GTM, launches and pricing to channel profitability in a lifecycle-ready portfolio.

  • Own the NA channel portfolio, lifecycle decisions, launch readiness, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Lead GTM planning and cross-functional launch execution with Sales, Finance, Brand and Legal.
  • Turn competitor, category, and consumer insights into portfolio requirements and pricing/channel strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Ownership: Own the NA channel portfolio and lifecycle decisions, including launch readiness, PIPO planning, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Assist in developing and executing GTM plans and coordinate channel initiatives as part of the annual business plan.
  • Launch & Innovation: Drive launch management for NPIs and line extensions, ensure on-time delivery, and support post-launch evaluations with regionalization for NA.
  • Cross-Functional Launch Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand and Legal to plan and execute launches.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor, category, and market trend analyses and translate insights into product recommendations for U.S. and Canadian consumers.
  • Pricing & Channel Strategy: Support PCP management and annual channel planning with key retailers and customers.
  • Channel Support & Training: Provide product training and launch support to cross-functional teams and customer-facing partners.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage lifecycle activities like Phase-In/Phase-Out and support sustainable growth for the assigned channel.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the product expert and primary contact for the assigned channel.
  • Portfolio Evaluation: Assist in post-launch evaluations and contribute to quarterly portfolio performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or product management in a B2C environment, consumer durables or CPG categories.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product portfolio or category, including launch management and lifecycle decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills translating market and data analysis into actions.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience developing business cases or managing product-level P&Ls.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including leadership-facing presentations.
  • High independence, resourcefulness, and accountability.
