Job Summary

Own oncology marketing within cross-functional planning, financial alignment, and product evolution to hit market share and revenue goals.

  • Own cross-functional oncology campaigns and plans from strategy through execution across markets.
  • Align branding, demand, and financial planning to grow penetration and market share in designated regions.
  • Lead teams and external partners to deliver on oncology marketing initiatives and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve oncology business objectives and goals
  • Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes specific to oncology.
  • Demonstrate and utilize a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning.
  • Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within the oncology scope.
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally within oncology and related functions to deliver business results.
  • Grow oncology brand/product penetration, market share, and awareness within designated markets.
  • Develop next-generation oncology products and/or product enhancements & experiences, leveraging the oncology patient journey.
  • Direct and manage projects, including execution of oncology marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
  • Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally within oncology or related therapeutic areas.
  • Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred, with launch experience highly valued.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
  • Robust communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to make persuasive presentations to customers, agencies, partners and senior leadership

  • Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred.
  • Launch experience highly valued.
  • Advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
