Job Description

Own the pre-sale to post-sale path for education marketing strategies, turning client goals into data-driven media plans across paid, social, and display while shaping creative and storytelling that resonates with education buyers.

  • Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate partner needs into multi-channel media plans and real-time demand assessments.
  • Responsibilities: Use analytics to inject performance insights into proposals, elevating credibility in education sector conversations.
  • Responsibilities: Craft and test creative assets and messaging to ensure campaigns align with institutional branding and drive conversions.

  • Requirements: Deep expertise in paid media strategy, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Requirements: Strong understanding of creative development processes, including ad design, messaging, and landing page optimization.
  • Requirements: Strong storytelling and presentation skills that translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • Requirements: Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Requirements: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience pitching media plans to executive stakeholders.
  • Requirements: Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically at least 10-15%.
  • Preferred: Experience with higher education clients is a plus.
