Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Functional Lead - Support the Director and broader OMD team in implementing the Beverages planning process, while ensuring alignment with other cross-functional agency teams and client partners
  • Strategic & Functional Lead - Actively seek out programs driven by team objectives with media and studio, surfacing for consideration
  • Strategic & Functional Lead - Effectively story-tell and share POV on opportunities and alignment with brand, via written and verbal channels
  • Strategic & Functional Lead - Lead & manage direct reports, providing clear direction, feedback, and accountability to drive strong individual and team performance
  • Execution - Serve as main point of contact for clients and partners in the development and activation of multi-platform programs across the calendar year ranging from brand level, multi-partner/multi-brand ecosystems, to more focused executions for individual brands
  • Execution - Collaborate with Content, Planning and Activation leads to identify opportunities for integration, processes to leverage, etc.
  • Execution - Manage internal and external work streams for assigned projects
  • Execution - Ensure that deal terms and deliverables are translated into legal agreements, program timelines, and roles and responsibilities workstreams for clarity and executional success
  • Execution - Ensure pre, during and post program measurement and optimization plans align to KPIs and are in place prior to each program activation
  • Execution - Implement TCC proprietary tools to ensure effective and efficient process during program execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in entertainment, sports and content marketing, integrated partnerships, or strategic partnership development with a background in media
  • Passion for and proven ability in identifying culture-first opportunities for brands; is curious and enjoys testing/learning new tech, social and connected platforms that connect with audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business challenges and formulate effective solutions to drive positive impact
  • Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to handle multiple programs; ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams
  • Experience working on an integrated team
  • Ability to report in out 3 days out of the week; subject to change
  • Ability to travel pending approved execution(s); travel requirements will vary and may fluctuate depending on active projects, timelines, and business priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in concept development, production oversight, and foundational understanding of working with talent
  • Experience working with various marketing communication channels (including social + emerging technology)
  • Can manage peer level clients, with a successful track record in account management and client service
  • Experience implementing effective measurement models, synthesizing data to prove value and program success
