Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As an Assistant Media Buyer, you'll support the planning and execution of media campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with a Media Buyer to manage day-to-day account tasks. You'll maintain budget and billing documents, update status reports, and assist with campaign execution, while learning new skills and contributing ideas to benefit client accounts.
  • Execute media plans by creating and managing RFPs, insertion orders, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops to set up and maintain 3rd party ad servers and tracking, ensuring campaign delivery.
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, creating client reports and post-analysis reports.
  • Manage billing and finance tasks, including reconciling discrepancies and processing invoices.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external vendors, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve work performance and proactively addressing potential issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ask questions, and seek support when needed, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability and eagerness to assist with media expenditure tracking, budget management, and invoice processing, and to resolve discrepancies.
  • Efficient time management, with ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
