Job Summary

Drive media trafficking, campaign monitoring, and reporting for Deutsch’s account teams in a mid-level media operations role, owning IO management, budgeting notes, and stakeholder communication.

  • Own posting IOs in MediaOcean, trafficking assets, and ensuring ad tags are in place.
  • Must-have: Expert Excel skills and multitasking across multiple campaigns.
  • Standout: Budget reconciliation and weekly BI reporting experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • General: Develop skills in communicating with TV, cable and audio sales account executives via phone and email.
  • Maintain sales account executive contact list.
  • Monitor trade publication emails and proactively track new programming launches, tentpole events, and key marketplace opportunities.
  • Campaign Set Up: Input all negotiated buys into MediaOcean and send out IOs to all media vendors.
  • Work closely with business affairs and media planning team when trafficking all assets to ensure all ad tracking tags/watermarks are in place.
  • Campaign Stewardship: Monitor all weekly pre/post logs to ensure client goals are being achieved.
  • Communicate with buyers any clearance issues discovered in pre/post logs
  • Assist with Budget & invoice management to ensure all client dollars air within scheduled campaign dates.
  • Reconciliation of all vendor invoices.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under- or over-spend, traffic abnormalities, and identify additional opportunities.
  • Generate scheduled ad reports and deliver weekly campaign post logs to BI team.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through.
  • Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to Supervisor.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a proven system of double checks
  • Expert in Excel, strong in PowerPoint and other Office products
  • Excellent mathematical skills
