Job Summary

Own sport program marketing with end-to-end ownership of attendance growth, fan engagement, and brand storytelling, with heavy collaboration with coaches, admins, and creative services to drive game-day impact and digital reach.

  • Own multi-channel sport marketing plans that drive attendance, fan engagement, and brand lift for assigned programs.
  • Lead game-day promotions, digital campaigns, and audience growth with analytics-guided optimization.
  • Partner with coaches, administrators, and creative services to tell student-athlete stories and maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned sports programs and secondary support for additional teams.
  • Develop and execute sport-specific marketing plans focused on: Attendance growth, Fan engagement, Brand awareness, Revenue support initiatives.
  • Plan and execute game-day marketing initiatives, promotions, and fan engagement activities.
  • Coordinate in-game entertainment, promotions, and student engagement efforts.
  • Assist with departmental initiatives including Kids Club, group experiences, and community engagement programs.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives across social media, web, email, and paid marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional email campaigns supporting attendance, fan engagement, and departmental initiatives.
  • Help grow and engage fan databases through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics and audience insights to help guide campaign strategy and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with coaches and sport administrators to align marketing efforts with program goals.
