• handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community
• absorb knowledge of all aspects of property management
• serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager
• advocate on behalf of your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
• At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of OneSite required
