Ownership: manage multiple client projects, develop understanding of client business and needs, and identify new opportunities.
Delivery: assist in evaluating sponsorship proposals, design decks with research, and present strategic opportunities to executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist AE/SAE/Supervisor in day-to-day communication
Organize and track documents, activation calendars, billing, metrics, recaps, and evaluations
Manage multiple clients and projects, including developing a broad understanding of clients’ businesses and needs
Aid in the evaluation and negotiation of sponsorship proposals on behalf of Optimum Sports clients
Recognize and solve tactical problems; participate in development of strategic solutions
Design decks and word documents that convey strategy supported with appropriate research
Gain a strong understanding of research from third party data, industry trades, and additional sources to produce and interpret reports
Proactive in identifying new projects and business opportunities with existing clients
Assist in presenting new partnership and annual sports strategic opportunities to senior level client executives
Familiar with in-stadium partnership structure, assets, and overall terminology
