Job Summary

Own the analytics backbone that turns daily performance into decisions for product and sales leadership while building scalable insights and AI assisted automation.

  • Own ongoing analysis of business performance and weekly forecasts for product leadership.
  • Design KPIs, deliver insights, and prepare executive-ready presentations for senior leaders.
  • Partner with peers to automate processes using AI tools like Tableau Next, Claude, Slackbot, and Gemini.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver key insights & recommendations.
  • Maintain weekly forecasts of business performance for product leadership
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, crafting the messages for sales and product leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the businesses
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
  • Partner with peer analysts to innovate and automate work processes using the latest analytics and AI tools, including Tableau Next, Claude, Slackbot, and Gemini

Requirements

  • 2+ years' of experience focused on quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and logical reasoning
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
  • High degree of comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
  • Experience aggregating large datasets using SQL, Python, and/or Tableau required

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI tools, autonomous agents, or enterprise software ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Work experience in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, solutions, or sales operations is a plus
