Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to set clear business objectives and delivery targets.
- Identify and prioritize growth levers, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, advertising optimizations, product assortment improvements, and listing enhancements.
- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute tactics that align with client goals.
- Monitor brand performance regularly against sales and contribution margin targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Evaluate and communicate performance insights to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Stay current on Amazon trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, specifically in Amazon Account Management (Seller Central and/ or Vendor Central)
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, set goals, and develop actionable strategies to meet client objectives. Experience in driving revenue and enhancing brand presence on Amazon preferred.
- Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and build effective client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering against ambitious goals.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools is a plus
