Responsibilities

• Identify, test, and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output
• Use AI to assist with content creation, campaign ideation, optimization, and workflow automation
• Train and support the marketing team on practical AI usage (prompts, tools, best practices)
• Stay current on AI trends and recommend tools that actually solve problems (not just shiny objects)
• Design marketing assets for email, digital campaigns, social, and web using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere a plus)
• Support light video production and editing for marketing campaigns, social content, or internal needs
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas into polished, on-brand assets
• Assist with digital and email design to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and conversion-friendly
• Support email marketing and digital campaigns with strong creative and AI-assisted optimization
• Help improve speed-to-market while maintaining brand quality and consistency

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI tools used in marketing (content, design, automation, optimization, etc.)
• Hands-on experience using AI in real marketing workflows
• Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable designing for email, digital, and social channels
• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience with demonstrated portfolio of work
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, digital design, or creative production
• Minimum 1–2 years actively using AI tools in real marketing workflows
• Demonstrated experience implementing tools that improved efficiency, output, or performance

Preferred

• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing automation or workflow tools
• Experience creating short-form video or animated assets
• Prior experience supporting cross-functional marketing teams
