Job Description

Responsibilities

Improve processes and tools using custom agents in Gemini Enterprise to automate campaign development and localization intake queues, scraping, and triage.
Manage localization for Google Cloud web and campaign properties, planning and executing activities with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Optimize user experience and site performance based on analytics, user behavior research, and strategic goals while managing schedule and risk adjustments.
Drive communications and establish best practices across internal teams and external partners, focusing on AI adoption and workflow automation.
Manage budget spend and localization metrics while applying change management principles to lead and upskill vendor localization specialists in AI methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in project management, web/digital localization, or product marketing management, leading cross-functional, global initiatives.
Experience managing localization programs for global web properties and marketing campaigns, with a focus on process re-engineering and automation.
Experience building or implementing AI tools, specifically using Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, or enterprise AI platforms to design and deploy custom agents that automate business workflows.
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve multi-layered issues and streamline business or development workflows.

Preferred

Experience working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders.
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, and familiarity with Gemini Enterprise or similar AI ecosystem tools.
Experience in strategic planning, setting, and achieving objectives or OKRs.
Expertise in localization strategy, including internationalization best practices and emerging industry trends, specifically the application of AI in translation and content adaptation.
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable team plans and priorities.
