Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Program Strategy & Management (60%):
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage market and industry trends, donor research, and audience insights to inform lead generation and acquisition approaches that attract high potential supporters
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with the Senior Managing Director and internal stakeholders to plan and execute approved lead generation and audience acquisition programs, contributing insights and recommendations that inform annual growth planning
  • Efficiency Optimization: Manage onboarding, performance, and optimization for established acquisition sources, ensuring lead quality and readiness for downstream activation
  • Acquisition Source Management: Manage onboarding, performance, and optimization for established acquisition sources, including 3 rd party platforms and acquisition campaigns
  • Third-Party Platforms: Collaborate with Marketing & Growth colleagues to optimize impact of supporters generated through third-party digital platforms, such as peer-to-peer and workplace giving donors
  • Lead Conversion Strategy: Collaborate with Supporter Development and channel owners to create lead conversion strategies that nurture prospects into committed supporters. This may include developing seamless and engaging supporter experiences across email, SMS, and other channels
  • Influencer and Celebrity Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Talent & Influencer leads, to activate influencer and celebrity driven audiences once they enter a fundraising context, ensuring these sources are integrated into MMF acquisition and activation pathways
  • Analysis & Evaluation – 20%:
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and spending of lead generation and acquisition campaigns, identifying areas for optimization
