Job Summary

Own the referral network from hospitals to senior services, turning relationships into resident move-ins through targeted outreach, site visits, and CRM-driven follow-up.

  • Relationship management: hospital, SNF, home health, hospice, and senior-care partners to drive referrals.
  • Field presence: schedule and conduct in-person visits and tours across the Eastside and coordinate family tours.
  • Execution and alignment: collaborate with the owner on occupancy goals and community outreach to boost private-pay admissions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, hospices, physicians, senior placement advisors, case managers, and social workers.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits to referral partners throughout the Eastside.
  • Represent Salem House at healthcare networking events and community outreach programs.
  • Deliver marketing materials and educate referral sources about Salem House’s services and admission criteria.
  • Follow up consistently with referral partners to maintain strong relationships.
  • Track all marketing activities, contacts, referrals, and follow-up using a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate tours for prospective residents and families.
  • Collaborate with the owner to implement marketing strategies and achieve occupancy goals.
  • Assist with social media updates, email marketing, and community awareness initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, senior living, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or adult family homes preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable with local travel throughout Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, and surrounding communities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, discharge planners, or senior placement agencies.
  • Knowledge of senior care services, dementia care, and private-pay adult family homes.
